Natural remedies for headaches part 2
Blood pressure is another cause for headaches. In many cases a relief of the cause will often cure the

headaches. It is also a common way for aspirin to work.High blood pressure can also be reduced by teas made with rosemary, peppermint, basil or balm. Garlic has also been known to reduce blood pressure.
Eye strain is a major cause of headaches .Be sure to have your eyes checked regularly, as there are no cures for blurred vision or the eyes trying to focus when they cannot.
If you work at a computer monitor for long periods of time, ensure that you sit far enough away from the screen , if you cannot , then try a larger font or better a larger screen size , and then sit further away. CRT screens are few now , and if you still use one then you should get rid of it . The lumens emitted from CRT are very high even though it may not seem that bright. There is a much lower brilliance from a TFT , and often come with very easy adjustments to alter the brightness, Remember to keep the screen readable , so as to not strain the eyes peering at too low a brightness screen.
Watching TV in the dark is also a nono , always have a lamp with a low wattage bulb on somewhere in the room. Bright daylight can also be a big cause of headaches especially if you need to focus clearly on objects , in this case some sunglasses will help you make the transition from dark areas , such as indoors , to bright sunlight , outdoors. Taking vegetables high in Vitamin B will ease this problem somewhat .
Sinus infections are probable the hardest to deal with naturally. The best way is prevention. I take garlic tablets ( because of the smell of taking fresh garlic) , to help clear problems with colds infections. I also use

hot onion soups at the beginning of a cold to quicken the end of the cold. A cold , or rather the congestion that comes with it is the main cause of the sinus infection. Unfortunately I have broken my nose , and cheekbones on a few occasions , and this leaves me open to sinus infection on any occasion of a cold that lasts too long (more than 4 weeks). Generally speaking , there is no cure for this naturally , and those of you that have experienced this will how bad the pain can be . People have been known to be admitted into hospital or even overdoses on painkillers to stop the pain. Ibuprofen is a start for a mild condition and sinutab for a worse condition. If you suspect you do have a condition you must see your GP immediately.
